Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to love your Āsana pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Requirements
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
- Swimwear and intimates are final sale for hygiene reasons
How to Return
- Log into your account and navigate to your order history
- Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
- Click "Start Return" and follow the prompts
- Print your prepaid return shipping label
- Pack items securely and drop off at any UPS location
Exchanges
Need a different size? Select "Exchange" when initiating your return and choose your preferred size. We'll ship your new item as soon as we receive your return, and you'll receive a new tracking number via email.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.
